I’m a Registered Psychotherapist, and for the past 6 years, I’ve specialized in supporting high-achieving professionals dealing with anxiety, people-pleasing, self esteem, and perfectionism.

Here’s what makes my approach different: We won’t just talk, we’ll work toward change that lasts. Together, we’ll figure out what’s driving your stress, spot the patterns keeping you stuck, and work toward helping you feel more like yourself, not who everyone else expects you to be.

My approach is evidence-based and tailored to you. Some of my clients love structure and strategies, and others want more dialogue and space to explore the root of their feelings. We’ll find what works best for you and adjust as we go.

Do I need a free consultation before booking?

If you're ready to get started, book your first session and we’ll hit the ground running. If you'd like to get a sense of fit first or have questions about how things work, the free 15-minute is a great next step

What does the first session look like?

The first session is a chance to get to get to know each other, understand what’s bringing you in, what’s been weighing on you, and what you want to change. We’ll also set concrete goals to guide our work together

How frequent are sessions?

Most clients meet weekly or biweekly, depending on what feels right. We’ll decide together and adjust over time based on your progress

What are the fees, and do you provide insurance receipts?

Each 50 minute session is $160. Receipts are automatically emailed after each session for insurance reimbursement. Many plans cover therapy with a Registered Psychotherapist, just check with your provider.
