You're Exhausted From Trying to Do It All

You know you're capable of more, but no matter how hard you try, you feel stuck. You're spending hours scrolling, guilty about the task you should be doing. Your desk is covered in half‑finished to‑do lists. You cancel plans when the overwhelm hits. People say you're "not trying", and it stings. An email from your boss can send you into a spiral, and a small mistake gets stuck in your head for hours.

You've tried every productivity hack out there, and it always falls apart. And you're left wondering if you'll ever reach your potential.

Hi, Im Sam

I get it. As someone who was diagnosed with ADHD in adulthood, I know what it's like to wonder why it's so hard to do things that seem so easy for everyone else. It doesn't have to stay that way. As a Registered Psychotherapist, I've spent the past 6 years supporting high-performing professionals with ADHD. Here's what working with me looks like: We won't just talk, we'll work collaboratively towards real change. We'll explore what's behind the procrastination, shame, and overwhelm. Then build practical strategies that work with your brain, not against it.

My approach combines specialized ADHD training and lived experience to support you in feeling more confident, being less controlled by your emotions, and following through on the things that matter most.

Here’s What’s Possible When anxiety isn’t running the show:

In our sessions we’ll focus on things like:

Managing your anxiety before it takes over, so you can be present instead of waiting for the other shoe to drop.

Setting boundaries and asking for what you need, without the guilt.

Challenging that voice in your head that tells you you're not doing enough.

Building a life that truly feels like yours

When Burnout Doesn’t Define

Your Life

Recognizing the early signs of burnout before you hit the wall, so you can protect your energy instead of constantly running on fumes.

Setting boundaries that support your well‑being and asking for what you need, without feeling like you’re letting anyone down.

Challenging that internal pressure to always do more, produce more, or be “on,” even when you’re already stretched thin.

Rebuilding a life that feels sustainable, aligned, and genuinely yours — not just a cycle of responsibilities and recovery.

When ADHD Stops Sabotaging Your Potential

Breaking out of procrastination cycles by understanding what’s actually getting in the way — not lack of effort, but the ADHD brain’s relationship with motivation, overwhelm, and task initiation.

Interrupting shame spirals that show up after missed deadlines, forgotten tasks, or stalled projects, so you can move forward instead of getting stuck in self‑criticism.

Strengthening emotional regulation skills, especially when reactions feel bigger, faster, or harder to slow down than you’d like.

Building systems and habits that support follow‑through, so you’re not relying on willpower alone to keep things moving.

Creating a life that works with your brain instead of against it — one that feels doable, aligned, and genuinely yours.
